of dedication and have given of themselves in a manner that defies measure or equal and have server the unit in a capacity
that is truly unique.
Legion of
Exemplary Leadership
Awarded to those who have continuously
given of themselves for the benefit of all. Committing time and recourses, applying experience and knowledge so that members
and non-members may better enjoy their playing experience. By exhibiting a positive and forward thinking attitude which
is demonstrated by overwhelming dedication not only to the unit but to each individual member
in a manner which is beyond dispute or question. This is the most prestigious honour [RCA] bestows.
Expert Sniper Sphere
For those who are truly the most deadly snipers. A crack shot, quick thinking, agile, responsive
and effective. You are the one everyone fears.
Member Assistance Medal
Awarded to any member who has taken the time and initative to assist a fellow teammate, either in training,
maps knowledge, tatics, techniques, technical or any other way that has been benifical.
Individual Improvement Medal
Awarded to any member who has demonstrated a remarkable and noticeable improvement in a specific area of game
play, an imporvement that could only be possible through pratice and personal application.
Soilders Medal
Awarded to any member who has shown continuious commitment to the unit, demonstrated the ability to work alone and
as part of a team, can lead and follow, is skilled with most weapons, has good maps and methods knowledge, enjoys the fun
of the game and the serious side of match play.
Combat Effictiveness
Awarded to any member who has demonstrated the ability to adapt and survive while hunting down and taking
out the oppisition and have an approach that is all their own.
Exceptional Commitment
Awarded to any member whos continual contributions to the unit have been invaluable. Member must have exceeded
even the highest standards in, participation, assistance to fellow members, morale, unit develpoment and to have truly earned
the respect of their teammates.
Remarkable Sportsmanship Medal For
any member who through exemplary skill, discipline, squad commitment and time served has demonstrated time and again an above
average quality in playing and sportsmanship. This is [RCA]'s highest medal for indvidual achivement.
[RCA] Honor Medal
For
any member whos manner in all areas is highly respected by members of [RCA] and the MOH community. The recipient must be held
in the highest esteem and have carried themselves in a way that is beyond reproach.
Outstanding Unit Participation Medal
For
any member whos contributions in all aspects of unit activity are vastly superior to that of standard regulations. The recipient
must have excelled in participation in Training, Meetings, Communication, Assisting Teammates, Wars and Matches and all other
unit engagements.
Distinguished Team Play Medal
For any members who always shows themselves willing
to be part of team play, follows orders without question and contributes to the overall enjoyment of the game. The recipient
must be seen as reliable and trustworthy by their teammates.
Conspicuous Gallantry Medal
For
any Non Commissioned Member who has shown sheer courage under enemy fire. All Officers must be KIA. The recipient
must have completed the objective and/or destroyed of the enemy. This medal may only be earned during an official action,
war or scheduled match.
Medal of Courage
For
any member who has destroyed 75% of the enemy force and won victory in a minimum 6 vs 6 .This medal
may only be earned during an official action, war or scheduled match.
Distinguished Conduct Medal
For any member who conducts themselves in a manner
that commands the respect of their teammates. The recipient must be courteous to members and non-members, respective of protocol,
and be a member in good standing.
Order of the Comrades in Arms
For
any member who is faithfully committed to their fellow teammates, in communication, teaching, and encouraging.
[RCA] Order of Merit
For
any member who has selflessly committed themselves to the development, refinement and continuing function of the unit. The
recipient must have demonstrated with their full character what it is to be the embodiment of all the [RCA] stands for. This
is the highest non-combat order award.
Military Medal for Valour
For any members who without regard for their own
safety have come to the aid of a fellow teammate. The recipient will have had to disengage their current action and speed
to the aid of the imperiled teammate, this action must also result in victory and the assisted teammate must survive. This
medal may only be earned during an official action, war or scheduled match.
Strategy Medal
For any member whos knowledge of maps and tactics
continually proves invaluable to the success of the team. The recipient must prove such knowledge is truly genuine, have the
squad practice it in training, and have its merit in proven in battle. This must be witnessed and agreed to by the Commanding
Officer and a second Officer.
Long Service Medal
For any member who has been in active service for
a total of two years from their enrollment date, and whos career is in good standing order. The recipient must never have
been registered AWOL or MIA at any point. Registered leave is fully acceptable. If the absence is greater than two weeks,
the member must simply have served the two years plus the absent time.
Good Conduct Medal
For any member who conducts themselves in a professional
manner as outlined in the Code of Conduct. The recipient must have a minimum of three months active service and be in good
standing.
Meritorious Service and Campaign Medal
For any member who has a minimum of six months
of active service and participated in 10 official actions, wars or scheduled matches. The recipient must be in good standing
and have received one or more other decorations during the same period.
Dedicated Service Medal
For
any member who contributes to the squad on a regular basis and provides their teammates in a capacity that is deemed beneficial
to the overall enjoyment of the game for all members. The recipient must be in good standing, and be known as making a regular
commitment to help all teammates.
Medal of Bravery
For
any Officer who has lead from the front and won victory. Recipient must have been in battle with a minimum of 6 vs 6 have
50% of the kills. This medal may only be earned during an official action, war or scheduled match.
[RCA] Commanders Commendation
For
any member who the Commanding Officer wishes to acknowledge for making a contribution that has made a truly positive
impact on the unit. This medal is given by the Commanding Officer only.

[RCA] Cross of Valour
For
any member whos complete disregard for their personal safety and at the greatest risk of injury or death have saved the lives
of their teammates, under withering enemy fire. The recipient must have taken control of a hopeless situation, been out numbered
at least four to one and have saved at least one teammate. This action must result in victory and the recipient must have
75% of the kills from the point of action. In this instance the action taken will not be counted if the kills are from a static
sniper position. Also as this is the highest medal for Valour in combat, all teammates present must give an individual account
of what took place within 24 hours of the action directly to the Commanding Officer, and be decided by a panel of those present
during the action within one week. This medal may only be earned during an official action, war or scheduled match, and be
accompanied by a screen shot at the point of victory.
